• Type @ followed by their name to mention them anywhere on the page.

• A real-time search menu will pop up. Select the person and press enter.

• They'll receive a notification with a direct link to the mention in their Inbox or as a push notification.

Leave a Comment

Attach your thoughts, questions, or opinions to specific content.

• Click Add comment above the page title to comment on the entire page.

• Highlight text and click Comment in the menu to comment on specific text.

• For images, embeds, or other blocks, click the ••• at the top right or ⋮⋮ on hover, then choose Comment. (Right-click also works!)

• @-mention colleagues in comments to get their attention.

Stay Updated

QuickDoc ensures you never miss important changes or mentions.

• Click Inbox at the top of your left sidebar for all notifications.

• Updates appear with a gray badge, while mentions show a red badge with the number of new mentions.

• Click any update to jump directly to the relevant comment, mention, or edit.
