QuickDoc Plans

QuickDoc offers a variety of plans to suit different needs, from our Free Plan to several paid options. For a detailed comparison visit pricing page. More information is also available under Settings & members in your QuickDoc sidebar → Plans.

Free Plan

Perfect for organizing every aspect of your work and life. With this plan, you can:

• Add unlimited pages and content.

• Upload files up to 5MB each.

• Sync data across unlimited devices: web, mobile, tablet, and desktop.

• Invite up to 10 guests.

• Add additional members for free (limited block trial for workspaces with 2 or more members).

• Use permission controls to manage access levels (comment-only, read-only, edit-only, etc.).

• Create teamspaces for content organization.

• Access the API.

Plus Plan

Ideal for small groups. Includes everything in the Free Plan, plus:

• Invite unlimited members (billed per member).

• Invite up to 100 guests.

• Upload files larger than 5MB with no limit.

• Access admin settings for advanced workspace configuration.

• Export all content as Markdown or HTML.

• Access 30-day edit history for any page.

Note: Individual university students and teachers can get the Plus Plan for free with a school email. Student organizations at select institutions can also apply for free access.

Business Plan

For companies connecting multiple teams and tools. Includes everything in the Plus Plan, plus:

• Invite up to 250 guests.

• Manage employee access with SAML SSO.

• Create private teamspaces for secure projects.

• Export all content as Markdown, HTML, or PDF.

• Access 90-day edit history for any page.

Enterprise Plan

Advanced controls and support for large organizations. Includes everything in the Business Plan, plus:

• Invite up to 250 guests (customizable via a sales contract).

• Access user provisioning via SCIM.

• Advanced security settings at workspace and teamspace levels.

• Audit log for workspace activity overview.

• Unlimited edit history for any page.

Note: Organizations with fewer than 100 employees can upgrade to Enterprise from their QuickDoc settings. Larger organizations should contact our sales team for more information.

Notion AI Add-On

Add Notion AI to any plan, free or paid. Custom Domain Add-On

Paid plan users can purchase the Notion Sites custom domain add-on.

Upgrade Your Plan

Upgrade your plan using QuickDoc on desktop or web:

1. In your sidebar, click Settings → Upgrade plan or Explore plans.

2. Select your desired plan and click Upgrade.

3. Review the order summary and click Confirm changes.

Note: Upgrading mid-billing period starts a new billing cycle immediately, with a prorated charge based on the remaining time on your current plan.

• Savings: Annual billing offers discounts.

• Payment Methods: Pay with a debit/credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Downgrade Your Plan

To downgrade:

1. In your sidebar, click Settings → Billing → Change plan.

2. Select the desired plan and click Continue.

3. Provide feedback and click Downgrade.

4. Receive confirmation and see when your current plan ends.
