Exporting Your QuickDoc Pages and Databases
You can save any QuickDoc page or database as a PDF, HTML, Markdown, or CSV file for backup or offline use.
Export as PDF
On Desktop
Click the ••• icon at the upper right corner of the page.
Select Export from the dropdown menu.
In the popup window, choose PDF from the format dropdown menu.
Specify the content to include and select the page format.
Adjust the scale if needed and click Export.
Choose the destination on your computer to save the file.
Business and Enterprise Plans: Enable Include subpages to generate a zip file containing all nested pages as PDFs. You'll receive an email with a download link.
Note: If PDF export fails, QuickDoc will export as HTML instead.
On Mobile
Tap the ••• icon at the upper right corner of the page.
Scroll down and select Export.
Customize the export format and page settings.
Tap Export. Use the share menu to:
AirDrop the PDF to a Mac.
Copy the download link into your mobile browser or notes for later access.
You'll receive an email with a download link.
Enterprise Plan: Enable Include subpages to export nested pages as separate PDFs in a zip file.

Select Export from the dropdown menu.
Choose Markdown & CSV from the format dropdown menu and enable Include subpages if desired.
Click Export to download a zip file containing CSV files and Markdown versions of your pages.
On Mobile
Tap the ••• icon at the upper right corner of the page.
Scroll down and select Export.
Choose Markdown & CSV from the export format menu.
Tap Export. Use the share menu to:
AirDrop the file to a Mac.
Copy the download link into your mobile browser or notes for later access.
You'll receive an email with a download link.
Print a QuickDoc Page
On Your Browser
Go to File → Print.
Select your printer or choose Save as PDF.
Note: To print a full-page database, export it as a PDF first and then print the PDF file.
On the Desktop App
Export the page or database as a PDF following the steps above.
Print the PDF file.
Export Your Entire Workspace
Note: You must be a workspace admin to perform this action.
Your QuickDoc data is always backed up in the cloud, but you can export it for safekeeping. Export all your pages as HTML, Markdown, or CSV (for databases), along with any uploaded files. Business and Enterprise plans also allow PDF exports for legal and compliance purposes.
Go to Settings & members in your sidebar → Settings.
Select Export all workspace content.
You'll receive an email with a download link that expires after 7 days.
Note: Pages you don't have access to, such as private pages of other users, will not be included. Workspace admins on the Enterprise plan can use content search to gain access to specific pages for future exports. A sitemap (index.html) is included in the export to help navigate the exported workspace.
